MCS provided installation services for the WiFi and AV systems. Coda on Half is the third installment of the Coda brand located at 41 L Street SE. The 128,000 SF residential development will include 161 residential units and 4,646 SF retail, located just two blocks north of the Washington Nationals baseball stadium. The project is currently under construction and is set to deliver 11 stories with workforce housing available for those making 80% AMI and below in 2021.
