This oceanfront landmark is comprised of a 16-story building with 196 condominiums consisting of three and four-bedroom units, featuring breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Mid-Atlantic Control Systems developed a three-phase process that encompassed the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems. Phase I of this process was a complete technical analysis of the project’s telecommunication requirements including a detailed design plan for all cabling, equipment, and sub-systems. Phase II was the physical implementation of this design. Lastly, Phase III consisted of the operations and management of infrastructure.
