MCS provided Design/Build services for the AV, Security, WiFi, Telecom on this $200mm construction project. Located in the heart of Washington DC’s North of Massachusetts Avenue (NoMa) neighborhood and two blocks from both the NoMa Metro stop and Union Station, NoMa CNTR (formerly known as Storey Park) is a trophy Class A+ project that will add a mix of uses not yet experienced by the submarket. Designed by HKS and constructed by Moriarty, the development totals 700,000 square feet, including a 235-key Marriott hotel and 500 residential apartments atop 40,000 square feet of retail space. Construction began in 2019 and will be completed in 2022.
